Shouts! aka Ground Control (Hot N Heavy, SF) is a project created by San Francisco Bass Music producer Jason Apple. After many years of producing as Ground Control, Shouts! was created as an outlet for his weirder, more emotive music while still keeping emphasis on the dance floor.
